Can I open a franchise near where I live?

Do GoliathTech franchisees have exclusive territories?
Yes. GoliathTech makes sure that the territory where you run your franchise is yours and yours alone. This represents about 75,000 to 90,000 potential customers per region. And GoliathTech also offers franchisees the potential for territory expansion at a reduced cost.
Do I need to have a business site to run a GoliathTech franchise?
No, you don't need to have a business site. You can work out of your home and rent nearby space as needed for your equipment.
Will I have the opportunity to speak to existing franchise owners?
Yes. When you take the steps to establish your new construction franchise, we encourage you to speak with several of our franchise owners as part of your learning.
How much training do I get before I become a GoliathTech Franchisee?
GoliathTech requires that you spend two full days of training, which includes how to sell, how to work with the engineering department, and half a day of installation training on the actual machine you’ll be working with. After this, there’s ongoing training and our team is in touch with you by email or phone.
How long is the franchise agreement? Can I renew it?
The current initial term of the Franchise Agreement is 5 years. At the end of this time, a renewal term may be available. Each renewal term is 5 years.
How much can I expect to earn?
The amount you earn depends on a variety of factors, such as where your franchise is located, the amount of time you devote to the business, your ability to win customers, and market conditions. Although we can’t guarantee your success, we’re committed to supporting you in your venture through ongoing support, our national marketing program, and by sharing tools and resources. And remember that you are growing your business supported by a business model that has made us #1 in our industry.
Are there any "hidden" fees that I would pay?
There is a small fee for each new project submitted to GoliathTech’s engineering team to open the file. We implemented this process to ensure we do not waste engineering resources on projects that a franchisee will not go forward with. This process ensures that our engineering team concentrates on projects that we will most likely win!
After I sign an agreement, how long before I can open my franchise?
On average you will be open about 1 month after signing your Franchise Agreement.
Do I need to have a construction or engineering background?
Not at all. Although several of our franchise owners have a construction background and co-brand with us to run their business alongside a GoliathTech Franchise, many of our franchise owners come from different industries.
